Healthcare Executive / Calling & Field Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident candidates who can handle patient coordination, calling, lead generation, and field marketing activities for our healthcare company.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to revenue generation and business growth
• Call patients and guide them regarding treatments and hospital services
• Advise patients about our services through structured discussions
• Understand patient profile, medical concerns, and requirements to explain the benefits of our services
• Hand-hold and support patients throughout their treatment journey
• Generate new patient leads and new business opportunities through calling, references, and field activities
• Coordinate with hospitals and assist patients during the treatment process
• Contact corporate companies and arrange meetings for corporate healthcare tie-ups
• Occasionally visit the field for marketing activities (pamphlet distribution, direct promotion, patient meetings)
• Collect patient feedback, reviews, and testimonial videos after treatment
• Handle office documentation, form filling, and record management
• Visit hospitals when required for payment collection and coordination
• Help organize health camps, promotions, and on-ground marketing activities

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
• Confident personality with sales mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work both office and field
