Job Description

  • Contact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Explain preventive healthcare services and diagnostic packages.
  • Recommend suitable health check-up packages based on customer requirements.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and build trust.
  • Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
