Position: HR Executive
Location: Rajokri, New Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role
Karara Mujassme is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building a high-performing, engaged, and positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Create and update job descriptions for various positions.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate regular communication sessions between employees and management.
- Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative work culture.
- Support employee retention initiatives and recognition programs.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
- Prepare employment letters and other HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, and separations.
Performance & Learning
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in developing reward and recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning opportunities.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related activities.
- Resolve employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Ensure timely completion of HR reports and documentation.
- Handle additional HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee engagement, onboarding, and documentation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
