Job Description
· Conduct candidate searches utilizing multiple sourcing methods, including job portals such as Naukri, Apna,WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
· Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
· Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
· Cultivate and nurture a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
· Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
· Arrange Walk-in Drives and Bulk Hiring interviews.
Requirements:
· 12th Pass or Any Graduate (MBA in Human Resources is an added advantage)
· Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Languages – Hindi, English (Tamil is an added advantage)
