• Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates to evaluate their technical skills, communication, experience, and work authorization.
• Coordinate with candidates through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Match candidate profiles with client requirements and submit suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment or a strong willingness to learn US IT Recruitment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing will be an added advantage.
