Job Description
Position: HR Intern
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
* Support the hiring and onboarding process.
* Assist with daily HR operations and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment requirements.
Requirements:
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is preferred.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
