We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and drive sales growth through calls, emails, and online channels. You’ll play a key role in converting prospects into customers and supporting the overall sales pipeline.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams
• Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer engagement (0–3 years / as needed)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
