*Role Overview:*
We are a manufacturing unit specializing in earthing solutions. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in the Earthing and Solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing team, developing strategies, and driving B2B business growth through strong industry connections.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage the marketing & business development team
* Develop and execute marketing strategies for earthing products
* Generate B2B leads from solar companies, EPC contractors, industries, and infrastructure projects
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify new business opportunities in solar and industrial segments
* Coordinate with sales and production teams for smooth execution
* Manage exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits
* Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Earthing / Solar / Electrical industry
* Proven experience in team handling and field marketing
* Strong understanding of earthing systems and solar projects
* Good network with EPC contractors, solar companies, or consultants
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
