Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales with 1–3 years of experience in selling IT softwares, firewalls, cloud services, and IT Security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions and Services
- Sell and promote solutions such as:
- IT softwares (CAD design, business applications, productivity tools, etc.)
- IT security products (Firewall, Endpoint Security, Antivirus)
- Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Conduct online client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Manage the complete Lead gen cycle: Data mining to lead generation
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT product or solution sales
- Experience in selling IT softwares, firewalls, antivirus, cloud services, or IT infrastructure solutions
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset for new business development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling IT product and Services
- Existing network of corporate clients (IT Heads, CIOs, etc.)
- Familiarity with OEMs like Fortinet, Sophos, Microsoft, AWS (preferred but not mandatory)
