Job Description
Job SummaryWe are hiring a Field Sales Executive based in Delhi to handle sales enquiries, generate new leads through cold calling and field visits, and convert prospects into confirmed orders for diesel generator sets (gensets). The role requires strong follow-ups, customer visits, and closing sales in the assigned territory.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle assigned sales enquiries and convert them into orders
- Generate new leads through cold calling and market visits
- Conduct regular field visits across Delhi NCR
- Meet clients such as factories, builders, hospitals, hotels, and contractors
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and dispatch
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
- Ensure timely conversion of enquiries into sales
- Maintain daily visit, call, and follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Assist in payment follow-ups when required
- Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred)
- 1–4 years experience in field sales / B2B / industrial sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to do cold calling + field sales
- Ability to handle multiple leads and close deals
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR
- Must have own bike and valid driving license
- Basic understanding of electrical products / gensets preferred
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in genset, electrical, or industrial equipment sales
- Background in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sales
- Existing network in B2B/industrial market in Delhi NCR
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
