Job Title: Laptop Sales Executive (Telesales)
Company: Mangal Infotech
Location: Shakarpur, Delhi
Work Type: Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Overview:We are looking for a Laptop Sales Executive to handle telesales and customer interactions for refurbished laptops. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining product details, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate sales leads
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
- Explain laptop specifications, pricing, and offers clearly
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or sales (preferred in IT/laptops)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic knowledge of laptops and specifications (training can be provided)
- Confident, presentable, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to convince and close deals over calls
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Female candidates preferred
- Experience in laptop / IT product sales is an advantage
- Comfortable with calling and sales targets
- Salary & Incentives:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
