Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator (1–3 Years Experience)Location: [Faridabad]
Salary: 3,00,000 + (Annually)
Experience Required: 1–3 years
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will manage end-to-end sales operations, including CRM management, marketing coordination, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both backend operations and actively contribute to business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company’s CRM system (lead entry, tracking, follow-ups, updates)
- Generate new leads through various channels (online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, references, marketing campaigns)
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Track leads, inquiries, and conversions, ensuring strong follow-up
- Support and execute lead generation campaigns with the marketing team
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Assist in quotations, proposals, and client documentation
- Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline
- Handle client communication and initial query resolution
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups
- Ensure all sales and marketing data is accurate and up to date
- Required SkillsExperience in lead generation and CRM handling
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Good communication skills (calling + written)
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales coordination or inside sales
- Exposure to digital marketing or lead generation tools
