Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (1–3 Years Experience)Location: [Faridabad]

Salary: 3,00,000 + (Annually)

Experience Required: 1–3 years

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will manage end-to-end sales operations, including CRM management, marketing coordination, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both backend operations and actively contribute to business growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company’s CRM system (lead entry, tracking, follow-ups, updates)
  • Generate new leads through various channels (online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, references, marketing campaigns)
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Track leads, inquiries, and conversions, ensuring strong follow-up
  • Support and execute lead generation campaigns with the marketing team
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Assist in quotations, proposals, and client documentation
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline
  • Handle client communication and initial query resolution
  • Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups
  • Ensure all sales and marketing data is accurate and up to date
  • Required SkillsExperience in lead generation and CRM handling
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Good communication skills (calling + written)
  • Strong follow-up and convincing ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B sales coordination or inside sales
  • Exposure to digital marketing or lead generation tools
