We're Hiring: Team Leader – Loan Department
HELLOANS ZINEE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Loan Sales Team and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement.
- Guide team members on loan products, sales strategies, and customer handling.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain high conversion rates and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing.
- Generate reports and provide updates to management.
- 🎯 Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Loan/Financial Services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance.
- Knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Processes.
