Logistics Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented NDR Executive to manage non-delivery cases and coordinate with customers and delivery partners to ensure successful order deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Non-Delivery Report (NDR) cases on a daily basis

Contact customers to confirm address, availability, or delivery issues ,Coordinate with courier and delivery partners for reattempts

Update accurate remarks and status in the system/CRM

Resolve delivery-related queries professionally

Monitor pending shipments and ensure timely resolution

Maintain daily reports and follow-up records

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

Experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or customer support preferred

Ability to handle customers professionally over calls

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills

Good problem-solving and coordination abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in data updates

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Patience and customer-handling ability

Team player with a positive attitude

Basic understanding of courier and delivery operations
