1. Market Research & Industry Analysis

Study market trends, demand patterns, and application industries (e.g., footwear, textiles, coatings)

Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and positioning

Identify new business opportunities and emerging segments

2. Product Knowledge & Technical Understanding

Develop in-depth knowledge of specialty chemical products and their applications

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable grades/products

Coordinate with technical/production teams for product development

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Regularly visit customers for feedback, trials, and requirement discussions

Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical concerns

4. Sales Support & Business Development

Support the sales team in achieving targets

Generate new leads and convert them into business

Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiations

Monitor order execution and ensure timely delivery

5. Product Promotion & Branding

Promote products through presentations, samples, and trials

Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings

Prepare product brochures, technical datasheets, and marketing materials

6. Pricing & Commercial Coordination

Assist in pricing strategies based on market trends and raw material costs

Coordinate with management for approvals on pricing and discounts

Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics

7. Inventory & Demand Planning

Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory team for stock availability

Forecast demand based on customer requirements

Ensure smooth supply chain and avoid stock shortages
