Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven E-Commerce Online Marketing Manager to manage and grow the company’s online sales across e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, online promotions, digital campaigns, product visibility, and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and branding on e-commerce platforms.
- Handle marketplace accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online marketplaces.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns, sponsored ads, and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance, product rankings, and customer reviews.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Optimize product visibility through SEO keywords, content, and online advertisements.
- Analyze marketplace reports, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Handle return analysis, customer feedback, and account health monitoring.
- Manage online marketing budgets and improve ROAS/ROI.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Experience with marketplace ads and seller panels.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple online platforms simultaneously.
