Job Summary:Harold Electricals is looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, order fulfillment, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of logistics, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations, including after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations related to logistics and order fulfillment
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure smooth execution of orders from initiation to final delivery
- Handle after-sales queries and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain proper documentation and workflow tracking
- Manage and support team members across various functions
- Take prompt action to avoid delays and resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure timely communication across departments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operations or logistics management preferred
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach
- Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus
