Job Summary:Harold Electricals is looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, order fulfillment, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of logistics, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations, including after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations related to logistics and order fulfillment
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure smooth execution of orders from initiation to final delivery
• Handle after-sales queries and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain proper documentation and workflow tracking
• Manage and support team members across various functions
• Take prompt action to avoid delays and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure timely communication across departments

Requirements:

• Prior experience in operations or logistics management preferred
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach
• Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus
