E-Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

Manage and scale business of the assigned product category and grow sales on assigned online market places.

Know best practices such as ranking in market places, etc.

Establish good relations with Category Manager of various online marketplaces

Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns

Give regular inputs to the product team and key account manager

Manage and optimum utilization of resources to increase productivity

Forge relations with the stakeholders and category executives / managers/ SPOCs in various e-commerce sites in India to get our products features in their deals and promotions

Analyze market trends to generate insights

Take complete accountability of the market place and revenue generation from the respective market place for the assigned product categories

Take initiatives to present, discuss and incorporate best practices into the operations.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years in Team Management, Online sales management on panels such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc,

We need smart, passionate individual to lead and grow organization accounts and or Product category with a sales orientation and target driven approach

You grow if you generate good sales online and have experience to execute strategies and operating processes to keep the process smooth, streamline and focus on generating profitability.

Skills:

Must be experience of Product listing, Campaigns run & Optimization and FBA Shipment

Strong Knowledge and Experience of Ecommerce

Relationship Management

Excellent Communication (Oral and Written)

MS Excel Proficiency

Strong Time-management

Ability to organize operational people to achieve goals in a timely fashion

Ability to analyse trends and generate insights to incorporate in the strategies

Exposure to business software like ERPs, Inventory systems, accounting packages. Must have a calm demeanour such that s/he is able to handle pressure situations, which are bound to happen.
