Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
