Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Delhi NCR  

Job Type: Full-Time  

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply)

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Marg Software Sales & Support Executive who can handle both sales and technical support of Marg ERP Software. The candidate will be responsible for software sales, installation, client training, and troubleshooting at client locations as well as from the office.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Promote and sell Marg ERP Software to retail, wholesale, and distribution businesses  

- Visit client locations for software demonstration, installation, and support  

- Provide technical support to existing clients (on-site and remote)  

- Install and configure Marg Software on client systems  

- Create company setup, masters, GST configuration, and billing setup  

- Provide basic training to clients on billing, accounting, and inventory usage  

- Handle customer queries and resolve technical issues  

- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction  

- Follow up for software renewals, AMC, and upgrades  

- Maintain daily visit and support reports  

Required Skills:  

- Basic knowledge of Accounting and GST  

- Good computer knowledge (Windows, printer setup, networking basics)  

- Basic knowledge of Marg Software preferred  

- Good communication and customer handling skills  

- Ability to travel locally for field visits  

- Sales-oriented mindset with technical understanding  

Qualification:  

- B.Com / BBA / Computer Diploma / Any Graduate  

- Experience in billing or accounting software will be an added advantage  

Other Requirements:  

- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits  

- Basic English communication required  

- Willingness to work both in field and office
