Role Overview:

We are hiring a Marketing Head who can drive business growth by generating high-value B2B leads, building strong industry connections, and supporting large client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

                   •                Develop strategies to attract bulk buyers, distributors, and industrial clients

                   •                Generate qualified B2B leads for the sales team

                   •                Build and expand dealer/distributor network

                   •                Identify new market opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors

                   •                Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events

                   •                Align closely with sales team to convert leads into large deals

                   •                Analyze market demand and competitor activities

Requirements:

                   •                8–15 years experience in B2B / industrial / chemical marketing

                   •                Strong network in manufacturing or trading industry

                   •                Experience in lead generation for bulk business

                   •                Strategic mindset with focus on revenue growth

Ideal Candidate:

·       Someone who can open doors to big clients and build long-term business pipelines.

·       Education: MBA (Marketing) / PGDM / B.Tech + MBA or equivalent.

·       Technical Skills:

o Expert in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

o Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

o Proficient in Excel, MIS reporting, marketing dashboards, and data analytics.
