Social Media Executive

We’re looking for someone who can own brands, not just handle them.

This role is for someone who understands content, communicates clearly, and can think beyond execution. You’ll be working closely with the founder and directly with clients, shaping how brands show up online every single day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day communication with clients
• Understanding client needs and translating them into clear actionables
• Taking ownership of brand accounts and ensuring consistency in content and tone
• Assisting in content ideation, hooks, and storytelling direction
• Coordinating and being present during shoots
• Working with designers and editors to ensure output matches the vision
• Reviewing content before it goes live
• Keeping track of timelines, deliverables, and approvals

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of comprehension and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of aesthetics, visual sense, and content flow
• Interest in storytelling, content strategy, and social media trends
• Ability to take ownership and make decisions, not just follow instructions
• Comfortable handling clients and managing expectations
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Bonus points if youHave experience working with brands or agencies
• Understand Instagram content formats deeply
• Can think in hooks, narratives, and audience psychology
• Have been part of shoots or content production
