Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can scale revenue, not just run ads. 

Responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms (Meta & Google) to drive high ROAS, conversions, and growth for our D2C Spiritual Brand.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Paid Ads Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Manage daily budgets, bids, and audience targeting
• Scale winning campaigns and control ad spend efficiently

🔹 Performance Optimization

• Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate
• Continuously A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Reduce cost per acquisition while increasing revenue

🔹 Funnel & Conversion Optimization

• Work on landing pages to improve conversion rate
• Analyze user journey and drop-off points
• Collaborate with design/content team for better creatives
• Implement upsell, cross-sell, and retargeting strategies

🔹 Data & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Provide actionable insights (what’s working / what’s not)
• Forecast growth and scaling opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing (D2C preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Good understanding of eCommerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, CAC)
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Ability to scale campaigns with proven results
• Knowledge of tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup)
• Basic understanding of creatives & ad copywriting
