Job Description

  • Must Have Experience in loan department.
  • Make outbound calls unsecured loan to promote personal loans and overdraft offers.
  • Generate leads and explain product details clearly.
  • Collect and update customer information in the system.
  • Understand customer needs and answer basic queries.
  • Maintain call records and follow up with interested customers.
  • Must have experience in cold calling or telesales.
  • Good communication skills and confidence required.
