We are a B2B company working in healthcare sector, mainly focused on diagnostics serving labs and hospitals all over India with molecular testing (DNA testing) kits and consumables.
Job Description: This position of an “Order Processing and Fulfilment Executive” is expected to manage the endto-end lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring accurate, timely processing, arranging pick-ups, packing, and shipment to meet customer satisfaction. The candidate is expected to verify accuracy of customer’s and distributors purchase orders, maintain their records, communicate verified orders to manufacturer, check and maintain inventory, coordinate with accounts and logistics teams, and resolve issues like shipping delays or stockouts, often using OMS systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Order Management: Receive, verify, and confirm customer orders-with-details from various channels (mails, emails, phone-calls, messages).
Monitor daily incoming sales orders and analyse and resolve order issues. Manage the order book, ensuring it accurately reflects the orders outstanding.
• Inventory Coordination: Communicate received orders with manufacturer/vendors with high accuracy to details, manage and update inventory records.
• Fulfilment Operations: Manage receiving of goods from manufacturers/vendors and co-ordinate with packing team to ensure items are prepared for shipment accurately and safely.
• Logistics & Tracking: Coordinate with courier services for timely dispatch and provide tracking details to customers/distributors. • Customer & Sales-teams Support: Handle queries regarding order status, returns, cancellations, and issues. Administrative support for the sales team
• Timely Reconciliation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, reconciliation of purchase with sale of goods and prepare reports on fulfilment metrics (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy rates etc).
Key Skills and Qualifications: • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in entering and processing orders. • Communication Skills: Effective communication with vendors, internal departments, distributors, dealers and customers. Candidates with good command on ENGLISH will be preferred.
• System Knowledge: Validating, processing and monitoring of all sales orders. Proficiency in ERP systems like OMS (Order Management Systems), or MS Excel. Good typing speed with data analysis skills.
• Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Science or Commerce with Logistics, or Supply Chain Management experience. Additional certification in logistics, supply chain, order processing will be preferred.
