Job Description
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Creating detailed schedules to ensure timely manufacturing, setting production targets based on sales forecasts, and monitoring workflows.
- Resource and Cost Management: Managing budgets, material resources, and inventory to ensure cost-effective production, reduce waste, and manage procurement.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Implementing and maintaining quality standards for finished products, as well as ensuring compliance with industry health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervising staff, assigning roles, training, and motivating production team members.
- Equipment and Process Maintenance: Ensuring machinery is functional, scheduling maintenance to minimize downtime, and adopting new technologies to optimize production processes.
