Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Randomly monitor the calls of assigned advisor and maintain advisor coverage on regular basis
· Need to manage BAU, Business intelligence audit and other compliance / Focus audits as per business / client requirement
· Participate in calibration session with vendor and promote collaboration.
· Identifying process gaps and sharing process improvement suggestions.
To work together as a team and achieve the set targets.
Required skills and qualification:-
· Minimum 6 months experience as QA in BPO / Call center or more than 1 year experience as associate in call center
· Must be a graduate
· Basic excel knowledge is must
· Good communication skills are required.
· Customer Service skills
· Good analytical skills
· Time Management
· Ability to multi-task
