Quality Assurance Executive

Report to Factory Manager 

Role Overview - 

1 ) Oversee Quality Process & maintain rigorous  documentation for RM /Bulk mfg/PM /FG.

2 ) Ensure strict adherence to CGMP  & ISO  requirements and local Regulatory standards  (FDA /CDSCO )

Key Responsibility —---

Record Management 

Maintain and organize BMR /BPR /SOP/STP /COA

SOP and Protocols -  Draft,Review ,update ,control , 

Validation Protocols  & Technical Reports

Change control and CAPA

Documentation and track Deviation . Change controls ,customer complaints & CAPA.

Traceability - Ensure data integrity and traceability for RM/PM/and FG .

Quality Assurance and Audits

Audits - Prepare documentation for internal and external regulatory Inspections 

Ensure compliances with GMP & GLP.

Vendor Quality  - verify supplier Quality and documentation  and Assist in evaluation of new vendors.

IPQA – Review Line clearances ,Environment Monitoring , Hygiene record in production and packing Floor .

Monitor In process Quality Parameters ( pH , Viscosity, texture ,weight )

 Required Qualification 

BSC /MSC /Pharmacy / cosmetic Science  

Experience - 3 to 5 years in QA ideally in cosmetics ,Skin care or personal care manufacturing .

Documentation skill –  MS office /Excel .  Excellent written and verbal communication .

Regulatory Knowledge – Knowledge of GMP guidelines ,ISO 22716 , and CDSCO regulatory requirements .

Ability to collaborate cross functionally with Production,R&D, QC, teams.
