Job Title: Machine Operator

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Kadipur Industrial Area, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and handle industrial/manufacturing machines efficiently
- Set up machines for production runs and adjust settings as required
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality production output
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain production records and daily reports
- Minimize machine downtime and material wastage
- RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator
- Knowledge of machine handling, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read production drawings/specifications preferred
- Basic understanding of safety standards in manufacturing
