Position: Real Estate Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Executive to promote and sell premium farmhouse plots at our Veda Farms project. The candidate should be experienced in handling real estate leads, site visits, and client conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for farmhouse plots and investment buyers
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to clients
- Schedule and conduct site visits
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers
- Follow up with prospective buyers for closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build relationships with investors, HNIs, and developers
- Attend exhibitions, property events, and field marketing activities
