💼 Job Overview:We are hiring experienced Collection Executives with a strong background in debt recovery and customer handling. The ideal candidate must be DRA certified and capable of managing collections efficiently while maintaining professional communication.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound calls to customers for overdue payments
• Follow up on pending dues and ensure timely collections
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:DRA Certification (Mandatory)
• Prior experience in collections/recovery process
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

💰 Salary:₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
