About the Role:-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and marketing leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
• Update customer information and call status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Eligibility:-

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
