Returns Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Returns Executive to manage and streamline the return process. The role involves handling returned products, ensuring proper quality checks, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams for efficient reverse logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end return product handling and processing
• Perform quality checks on returned items and categorize them (resalable, damaged, defective, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of returns in the system on a daily basis
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth return operations
• Identify and report recurring return issues and suggest improvements
• Ensure proper tagging, storage, and disposition of returned inventory
• Monitor return timelines and ensure SLA adherence
• Assist in audits and reconciliation of returned stock

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in returns, warehouse, or inventory management
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems / Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume operations efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce or D2C operations
• Familiarity with reverse logistics processes
• Problem-solving mindset
