Job Description
- Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads through various channels, including field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and existing customer databases.
- Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Payday Loans, Salary Loans, and other financial products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Customer AcquisitionContact potential customers through calls, meetings, and field visits.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of customer documents for processing.
- Relationship ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Process ComplianceVerify customer information and documents before submission.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth loan processing.
- Reporting & MISUpdate daily sales reports and activity trackers.
- Monitor lead status and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance.
