Job Description
The Shift Incharge is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the store during a specific shift. This includes supervising off-roll staff (pickers and packers), managing delivery partners, maintaining inventory health, and ensuring every order leaves the store within the strict "Under 60 Seconds" picking-and-packing window.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence
Order Management: Monitor the real-time dashboard to ensure zero lag between order placement and picking.
TAT (Turnaround Time) Management: Maintain strict control over the Pick-and-Pack Time and Dispatch Time to meet 10-minute delivery promises.
Inventory Control: Conduct daily cycle counts and "Expiry Management" checks to minimize wastage and stock-outs.
Inwarding: Supervise the receiving of stock from vendors or DCs (Distribution Centers), ensuring quantity and quality match the PO (Purchase Order).
2. Team Leadership
Roster Management: Manage attendance and shift timing for pickers, packers, and loaders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the productivity (Orders Per Hour) of the staff and provide real-time coaching.
