Job Description – Strategic Brand P&L OwnerPosition:Strategic Brand P&L Owner / Brand Relations Head

About the RoleHari Om Electronics is looking for an entrepreneurial and business-driven professional who can act as a strategic owner for premium electronic brands. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete brand profitability, vendor relationships, inventory planning, negotiations, and business growth strategies.

This role requires a strong negotiator, analytical thinker, and relationship builder who can directly influence category performance and profitability.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L ManagementHandle complete profit & loss accountability for assigned brands/categories.
  • Drive revenue growth, net margins, backend profitability, and return on investment.
  • Monitor category performance and implement growth strategies.
  • Strategic NegotiationNegotiate best market pricing, backend schemes, rebates, and price protection with brands.
  • Manage high-level communication with brand representatives and senior management.
  • Secure marketing support and commercial advantages for the business.
  • Inventory & Stock ManagementOptimize inventory turnover and stock movement.
  • Minimize aging inventory and dead stock.
  • Plan strategic buying based on market demand and sales trends.
  • Brand & Marketing AlignmentCoordinate showroom branding and marketing execution.
  • Negotiate MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and promotional support from brands.
  • Build strong brand relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Team & Business CoordinationWork closely with store teams, sales managers, finance, and operations.
  • Ensure proper product push, display visibility, and sales alignment.
  • Develop business expansion and category growth strategies.


  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in Electronics Retail / FMCG / Fashion Retail preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and business understanding.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and sales analysis.
  • Leadership mindset with ownership mentality.
  • Ability to handle pressure and make strategic business decisions.


  • Preferred Candidate ProfileMature, confident, and professionally presentable personality.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning and category management.
  • Experience in handling premium brands and high-value negotiations.
  • Business-oriented approach with strong decision-making ability.


  • Compensation StructureFixed Salary: ₹18 LPA – ₹28 LPA (Depending on experience)
  • Performance Incentives: 15% – 25%
  • Additional Profit-Based Incentives on category growth and profitability.
