About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Associate to manage the end-to-end flow of products from manufacturer to customer across our D2C markets.

This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of planning, execution, and problem-solving — combining data-driven decision-making with on-ground coordination across suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners. You will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and seamless customer experience as we scale in India and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Demand PlanningMonitor stock levels across markets and proactively trigger reorders ahead of lead times

• Build & maintain demand forecasts using sales data, campaign calendars, and seasonal trends
• Own and maintain a live inventory dashboard as the single source of truth
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliations across warehouses and 3PL partners

2. Manufacturer & Supplier ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for contract manufacturers and suppliers

• Track production timelines, QC approvals, CoA documentation, and open POs
• Proactively follow up to ensure timelines are met and delays are mitigated
• Maintain a supplier performance tracker (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness)

3. Warehousing, 3PL & LogisticsManage relationships with 3PL partners to ensure inbound and outbound SLAs are met

• Coordinate freight bookings, customs documentation, and shipment tracking
• Troubleshoot end-to-end fulfillment issues and identify cost and efficiency improvements

4. India Operations (On-ground Ownership)Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound receiving, storage, pick-pack, and dispatch

• Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Work closely with warehouse partners on staffing, capacity planning, and process improvements
• Support the setup and scaling of India operations infrastructure

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands)
• Strong attention to detail and a high ownership mindset
• Proactive, self-starter attitude — someone who doesn’t wait to be told
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across time zones (email, WhatsApp, calls)
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
