Job Title: Team Leader – Loan Recovery

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and driven Team Leaders for our Loan Recovery operations. The role involves managing a team of recovery executives, ensuring timely collections, maintaining performance standards, and driving team productivity through effective leadership and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecalling executives for loan recovery
• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and recovery performance
• Ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets for the team
• Train and guide team members on effective communication and recovery techniques
• Handle escalated cases and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, call records, and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently
• Prior experience in loan recovery/collections (Team handling experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in loan recovery or collections
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Executive is an advantage
