Team Leader

Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Team Leader to manage a team of collection executives and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with experience in collections or recovery operations.

• Key Responsibilities-

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Collection Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Allocate accounts and ensure proper follow-up on delinquent customers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and collection processes.
• Analyze collection reports, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex collection cases.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and Quality for smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of customer interaction and ethical collection practices.
• Drive process improvements to enhance recovery rates and operational efficiency.
• Conduct refresher training for team members on communication skills, negotiation techniques, and process updates.
