Job Title: Sales & Digital Lead Team ManagerJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, data-driven Sales & Digital Lead Team Manager to oversee our sales operations, lead management systems, and telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing conversion rates from all digital platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website, WhatsApp Business, Social Media), monitoring team performance, maintaining quality standards, and providing detailed daily/weekly sales reports to management.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Digital Platform HandlingCentralize Digital Leads: Monitor, download, and distribute incoming leads instantly from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Lead Allocation: Dynamically assign leads to the telecalling team based on geography, client type, or workload to ensure zero lead leakage.
  • CRM/System Maintenance: Ensure all leads are properly tracked from initial contact to the final conversion stage.
  • 2. Team Management & Follow-up TrackingDaily Monitoring: Manage a team of B2B telecallers, ensuring they meet daily call volume targets (e.g., 80-100 calls/day).
  • Follow-up Auditing: Strictly track pending, missed, and scheduled follow-ups to ensure no potential client is left unattended.
  • Motivation & Training: Conduct regular morning huddles to set daily targets and train team members on handling difficult clients or objections.
  • 3. Quality Management & AssuranceCall Auditing: Randomly listen to call recordings weekly to check pitch quality, tone, product knowledge, and politeness of executives.
  • Process Standards: Create and update standardized calling scripts and WhatsApp communication templates for the team.
  • Error Correction: Provide constructive feedback to telecallers to improve conversion percentages.
  • 4. Report Generation & AnalysisDaily/Weekly Sales Reports: Compile and submit detailed reports to ownership covering:

  • Total leads received vs. contacted.
  • Conversion rates per digital platform (e.g., IndiaMART vs. Meta Ads).
  • Individual executive performance (Calls made, orders booked, revenue generated).
  • ROI Analysis: Analyze which digital platforms are bringing the highest quality leads to optimize marketing spending.
  • Candidate RequirementsExperience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Team Leading (TL), or Inside Sales Operations (B2B/Wholesale/Apparel industry experience is a major asset).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Lead Management Tools/CRMs, IndiaMART/TradeIndia dashboards, advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and WhatsApp Business automation.
  • Languages: Fluent in Hindi and professionally proficient in English (for drafting messages, dealing with pan-India clients, and report writing).
  • Leadership Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, high authority over team discipline, and excellent negotiation skills.
