Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and assist clients with property-related inquiries. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince potential buyers or investors.
Job Responsiblities
· Make Outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
· Explain property details such as location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
· Schedule site visits or meeting between interested clients and sales opportunities.
· Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into sales Opportunitie.
· Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets.
· Handle Customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about projects.
· Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead management and conversions.
· Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
