Key Responsibilities

• Product Knowledge: Explain various loan features, interest rates, repayment tenures, and processing fees clearly.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or follow-up calls between qualified leads and senior sales managers or field loan officers.
• Database Management: Log and update all customer interactions, feedback, and lead statuses in the company's CRM system.
