Hiring: Direct company hiring, no commission/no joining fees
Job Description: We are hiring an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive for our recruitment firm based in Rajendra Place, Delhi. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional approach towards handling candidates for international job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Calling and coordinating with candidates for overseas job opportunities
- Screening and maintaining candidate records
- Handling basic recruitment activities
- Using Gmail, MS Excel, and other computer applications for daily work
- Posting and managing jobs on portals like Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
- Maintaining proper follow-up with candidates
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong English speaking and basic writing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Gmail, Excel, MS Office, Internet usage)
- Knowledge of job portals like Shine, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. will be preferred
- Responsible and sincere towards work
- Should not take frequent leaves
- Immediate joiners preferred
Working Details:
Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 3 Days Unpaid Training
