Job Description


  • Pitch for personal loan and overdraft offers to customers and generate leads
  • Make outbound calls to explain personal loan products in a simple and professional way
  • Collect and update customer details correctly in the system
  • Understand customer needs by asking questions and listening carefully
  • Keep records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups
  • Create interest in the product by giving correct information and answering basic questions
  • Follow up with interested customers to help complete the loan process
  • Have experience in cold calling or telesales
  • Have good communication skills, confidence, and ability to talk to customers effectively
