Job Description
- 1. Agent Recruitment & Onboarding (B2B)Cold & Warm Calling: Reach out to prospective insurance agents, financial advisors, and POSPs to pitch the benefits of partnering with Care Health Insurance.
- Hiring & Selection: Screen interested candidates, explain the commission structures, benefits, and career growth pathways.
- Code Mapping & Documentation: Collect necessary licensing/KYC documents and coordinate with the backend team to successfully generate and map the agent's code in the Care Health Insurance portal.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for agents during their initial onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition.
- 2. Customer Telecalling & Sales (B2C)Direct Customer Pitching: Call potential and existing customers to explain various Care Health Insurance policies (e.g., family floater, critical illness, senior citizen plans).
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads, understand customer health coverage needs, and recommend the right insurance products.
- Renewals & Service: Connect with existing policyholders for timely renewals and address basic queries regarding claims or policy features.
- 3. Reporting & ComplianceMaintain an accurate, up-to-date Database/CRM log of all daily calls, interested agents, mapped codes, and customer conversions.
- Adhere strictly to IRDAI guidelines, compliance standards, and company calling scripts.
