Job Description

A Telecalling Executive is the primary voice of a company, responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, nurturing leads, and resolving customer inquiries.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact potential and existing customers based on leads and targeted lists.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales in the company's CRM.
  • Schedule callbacks for prospects and check in with existing clients.
