Job SummaryWe are hiring a Telecalling Executive for the DSA channel to promote Overdraft (OD) Limit products. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining OD limit facilities, and coordinating with the sales team for closures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for Overdraft (OD) Limit products.
• Generate quality leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
• Explain OD limit features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and benefits to customers.
• Coordinate with DSAs and Relationship Managers for lead conversion.
• Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers and existing leads.
• Update customer details and lead status in CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain proper communication and relationship with DSA partners.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of OD Limits, Business Loans, and Banking products.
• Good follow-up and lead handling ability.
• Comfortable with target-based work environment.
• CRM and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with DSAs and internal teams effectively.
• QualificationGraduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Experience in telecalling, loan sales, OD limits, or BFSI sector preferred.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with NBFC or Banking experience preferred.
• Experience in DSA channel handling is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
