Job Description

Manage client interactions and handle leads generated through calling.Follow up with clients on their cases & required processes.Must have experience in loan & overdraft telesales.Achieve daily & monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams for faster case processing.Prior experience in cold calling is required

  • Pitch personal loan and overdraft offers to prospective customers and effectively generate qualified leads
  • Handle outbound calling to promote and explain personal loan products and services in a clear and professional manner
  • Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers to support conversion and completion of the loan process.
