Job Title:Counselor/Telecaller - Business Development

  • Job Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for new business development through lead generation.
  • Generate leads via outbound calls, messaging, and emails.
  • Counsel potential clients about the program and persuade them to attend trials or webinars.
  • Coordinate and follow up on pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Create and manage a database of prospective clients using Salesforce or Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and outreach targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
  • Daily & Weekly Targets:Daily Actions:

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound sales calls.
  • Respond to client inquiries and emails promptly.
  • Update CRM with the latest information on leads and opportunities.
  • Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets.
  • Weekly Actions:

  • Generate a minimum of 30 interested candidates.
  • Submit weekly progress reports to the sales manager.
  • Experience Required:0-3 years of work experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a BPO or sales environment.
  • Qualifications:Completed graduation in any stream.
  • Skills Required:Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to converse fluently in both English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and ambitious with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and energetic personality.
  • Mandatory Requirements:Politeness and professionalism while handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • Training & Compensation:Training Period: (Stipend: ₹5,000).
  • Salary Post-Training: ₹15,000 per month.
