Job Title: Telesales Executive – Natural Ayurveda Products

Location: Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida (On-site)

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to connect with customers, share the benefits of Ayurveda, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our range of natural Ayurvedic products.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly to customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets to earn high performance-based incentives.
• Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up on interested prospects.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in telesales or telecalling (experience in health/wellness is a plus).
• Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Traits: Persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejections positively.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
• Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives.
• Work Environment: Professional office setting within Gaur City Mall.

Work Timings:

• 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM
